Those are signs of interest, yes. But there's no way of being 100% certain she's interested, so half the battle is just digging in and going for it. Keep ramping up the kino and doing what you've been doing. Keep showing her that you're a prize and don't lose sight of it. You went for ice cream, so I'm assuming you were alone with her at a place outside of school, right? That's good. You need to get her out on little dates like that early on. Also, don't do that question game bullshit. Gimmicks like those aren't anywhere near as effective as "certain books" might lead you to believe.

That will work perfectly. Time the kiss based on how things are going. If you can tell she's really liking you, start to get closer to her and touch her more. See if she reciprocates the touch. You'll know when the time is right...kind of. There's never going to be a 100% green light, so half of it is just going for it when it feels opportune and seeing what happens. Remain 100% confident when doing so or it won't work out.
