It seems like wherever i go, people always act differently around me. When i walk by a group of people thats talking, they all suddenly get quiet until i pass. One time i was going downstairs, as soon as this dude saw me he almost tripped while going upstairs. I always feel like people are staring at me as well. Its getitng on my nerves and i know its not just in my head. no one ever makes an effort to try and start a conversation with me... I just dont know what to do...

zez hi....

"its not just in my head"

Get out of your own head bro. You may carry a grimace around and seem like an angry dude or carrying a chip on your soldier. I had an AFC friend like this, super sweet and nice guy if you knew him, but he carried the weight of the world on his soldiers. Seemed very intimidating and negative. Learn how to smile and engage in conversation, ask someone close to you about this, get some help. It's all in your persona....

A question to show my point
Do you dance? Or sing? Just randomly?
IMO you need to be the big cool guy that's easy to be with and everyone loves
If they arnt initiating, are you? If they talk about politics or sex or girls or dancing are you weird about it? Or open?
No false humility here, people love me because I do what I want, and I want to have fun, even at my demanding workplace people flock to me because of my attitude (it cant be because of my looks lol)
The hardest people to talk to are the ones I say "hi" to and all they say is "hi" back, if people talk to you ask about their day (and say anything but "good"...), talk about the weather, music - people open up when you do
