This has always bugged me, my parents are lazy and can't make decisions for themselves. Instead whenever there is an important decision to be made (money,phones,renovating the house) they always ask my uncle. They never try things first, they wait and see if it is safe or won't make them lose face first. They never fix anything around the house, that job is left to me. They really annoy me at times because they remind me of the kids I use to bully. We're asian and they're always saying bullsh*t like we're not good enough because of our race. Basically my uncle is like the amog, I can relate more to him than anyone else. How can I throw off all of my parents' influences?? I like trying new things but their social conditioning is discouraging me to.
