In the past few months I've noticed my confidence, inner game, etc. has all improved a great deal... and it's simply because a few months back I started working out regularly. A lot of PUA mention working out as part of the self improvement part of game, but I just ignored it for a long time. I moved home from college and joined an Mixed Martial Arts gym (which I highly recommend as a way to get fit) and within the first month I started to notice improvements in my game! Not to mention I felt better about myself deep down... I'll be honest... Pretty much every time I go to work out I' dreading it. It's a lot of work, but by the end of the work out I'm feeling awesome! Which I can directly relate to game. When I go out I often get the bitch butterflies and don't want to sarge, but as soon as I start approaching, it's all I want to do, and by the end of the night I feel like a rockstar! Come January I will have my first Boxing match followed by my first MMA fight. I feel so badass being about to use Martial Arts as a DHV. Just some thoughts I wanted to get out there... WC |

I am right there with you my man! I feel so down without it it's an addiction. Wrestling in high school transitioned me into mma specifically jits and thai. Girls think it's sexy too |
