| Post subject: | High School |
I'm a sophomore in high school, and there's a new girl in my classroom I really like. Unfortunately, I can't sit next to her because we're not allowed to change seats (I live in Italy, I'm not the one who made the rules lol) and so I would like to know how to approach her. Now, I know girls like confident guys, and I think I am, I mean, I don't get nervous when I'm around a girl, but girls are always looking for the popular guys, or football players ..and I'm not one of them. So, what's your advice ? I don't want to talk to her like all about school like "Oh hi did you like the lesson?" |

I wish I would've learned how to approach/talk to girls in school. A late bloomer I was. You need to small talk her and either find a commonality, or find something relevant that is going on around you that you can discuss. I wouldn't go over the last lesson plan, true, because that's lame. But maybe talk about some other event going on at the school. I dunno man, I'm kind of disconnected from the highschool scene at this point, lol. |

I just tried to ask out a girl and failed because I asked too early. So make sure to build up the rapport without actually getting friend zoned. If she tries to tell you a secret, confide in you, or ask you for advice, just say that she should probably ask one of her other friends. This lets her know that you aren't there to be her bff. Good luck bro |
