First there was Ross Jefferies, then mystery. All gurus have learnt from these 2 masters. Will there be another innovator like these two who will take the community by a storm? |

I think there will always be those fake innovators who take out some words, put in some words, paraphrase everything, and then start selling it. RSD is still coming up with new concepts, but I feel like new techniques aren't necessary. May be good reads, but the matter of confidence being the main root of everything will always be in effect. |

I haven't read a SINGLE pua book that doesn't recycle a large portion of The Mystery Method. A lot of the things outlined in his book are cornerstones of game, and a lot of people pretty much just re-word what he's already written. One example is Gambler's book, there is about 25 pages of original content in there and the rest is all MM. I don't really bother with books and techniques so much anymore. I've gotten to a stage where I just like to be honest and open in my interactions, if I like a girl then I am direct and I go ahead and tell her so. |

you didn't mention the natural game group, which is very important, with great books like "attraction code" by Vin DiCarlo for example. When you really understand Natural game you start to know how does MM really works. |

I don't use any routines, I might have a few lines stored away that can be brought out for certain situations. But the fundamental principles of MM are still valid, even if you don't like the creepy routines. I think the biggest problem with "game" is when people want to become a Pick Up Artist, rather than just improve their social skills with the opposite sex. |

Yeah, rsd is durden's stuff, which he actually grew and marjeted really well. I agree with above posters that techniques and books don't matter. PUA should be used to increase confidence and knowing self-value, no matter what method you use. Hence, if you're looking for practicality, new methods aren't needed. |
