I don't know what to do.

I'm in college and the day after finals is over (in June), all my friends had a huge party to celebrate. One of my female friends got drunk and ask me how long I've been going out with my girlfriend at that time. She then told me she likes me while she was licking the side of my face. She then kept asking me if I liked her. I had a girlfriend at that time so I said "let's talk when we're both sober" and then I left the party with my girlfriend. We broke up in the beginning of the summer and I've been single for over two months now.

Over the summer, she never initiated any texts. I texted her once or twice to see what she's up to and she always replied.

There's a welcome-back-to-school party that my friends are throwing tomorrow night and she'll be going as well. I saw her at a friends place yesterday and she gave me a pretty big hug, she mentioned to everyone there that she can't remember anything from the party in June. That puts me in an awkward situation, I miss having female intimacy in my life, and I don't mind making her my friends with benefits or a girlfriend down the road if I like her but I don't know how to bring up the subject of what happened in June. Did she say she didn't remember anything because I rejected her? Or because she doesn't want me to mention what happened at the party?

I just want to ask, when a girl is drunk do they always tell the truth? I guess what I'm trying to say is should I trust what she said while she was drunk?
