I want to improve my conversational skills. I know the only way to do that is practice in field, but I was wondering of you guys knew of any good books or products to pair it with. |

Personally I'd go with the NLP concept of modelling here. Find someone, either in real life or in media, whose conversational skills you wish you had. Break down exactly what it is they are doing. Maybe the speed of their delivery, pitch of their voice, number of questions vs statements etc. Then really put it into practice, and after each conversation, think about if it matched up to the ideal you are trying to achieve. |

I would suggest finding somebody who is good at conversing and befriend them. Then spend as much time as you can with them. I did this when I learned English. One of my best buds was a weirdly likeable dude in a way he presented himself. Could make anyone laugh and was really witty with everything he said. I soon found myself repeating things that he said. After i got over this stage, my mind was set similar to his. I could generate conversation with anyone in a really chill manner. With this, you should know some basic human principles. Read how to win friends for that. |

If you want to learn how to be funny, cocky and seductive then go on YouTube and watch as many videos as you can of Russell Brand being interviewed by women. Yeah, I know I go on about him, but seriously, he is a MASTER. I have met the guy, and he absolutely exudes charm and charisma and I can assure you that even without his fame, he would be banging at will. I watched A LOT of interviews of his, and I learned so much it was nuts. |
