So as you know, your not suppose to demonstrate interest in a girl immediately. And I been talking with this girl for a while now. I like her, and I usually talk to her over messenger. I was joking around with her and told her she reminds me of Carly Rae Jepsen as a joke, but I'm thinking what if by telling her this I complimented her and I'm just like all the other guys. Here's the text:

Me: You know who you remind me of
Her: lol who?
Me: Carly Rae Jepsen! lol
Her: Lol we look nothing a like she's beautiful
Me: I think we finally found a nickname for you.
Her: what?
Me: Carly duhh lol
Her: Nooooo! Why not Maddy or Mad or even Mads lol
Me: I'm sure everyone calls you that already.
Her: They do lol. But no one calls me by my first name that's the truth.

Then we talked a little more about if what you'd named is relevant to your personality. But after that she stopped replying... Should I msg her again today or wait one day?

It probably had nothing to do with the Carly Rae thing....have you ever considered that the conversation got boring??

I usually try to avoid any "online" chatting with girls. Never ever ever turned out in my favor. I use a lot of body language (hey yeah im half Italian and we talk with our hands ... alright? :D ) and I cannot manage to transmit my cocky/funny stuff over a chat. I leave chatting for business or serious stuff, else they either get bored of the conversation or they misunderstand you as there is no emotion. We all know by now that girls WANT emotion and not Emoticons.
