So one of my friends (with benefits) has been really distant lately. She takes all day to answer my texts and she is really hard to make Plans with. Today i was at her house and she told me she is dating someone (not exclusive). I want to reattract this girl like i did before. Below is today's coversation...
Her: i'm dating someone...
Me: that's great!
Her: i just thought u should know..
Me: ok... Are u all exclusive?
Her: no...
Me: then what's the problem?
Her: i just didnt want u to think i was leading u on...
Me: haha, i'm seeing other people to, it's normal!
*i explain why openly dating people is ok etc...
Her: yea i guess so, i just feel like if u like someone then you won't date other people.
Me: you would just be setting yourself up for dissapointment. Anyone can become interested in a new person at any given time.
Her: yea that's true...
Me: so are we good then?
Her: yea...
*she complains about her shoulder that has been bothering her and says she is going to sleep (its not even 9pm yet :-/). She asks for a hug goodbye, i hug her but this time i hold back the goodnight kiss i usually give her. (i dont think she deserves it).
This interaction pissed me off. She was lame the whole time i came over, brought up some new guy and then kicked me out of her house before 9pm! How do i get controll back? This girl used to be all over me!
