Well the whole point of freezouts is to make the new situation (stopping with escalation to sex) more awkward than continue towards sex.
The main, i cannot stress that enough is to BE UNAFFECTED and cool with not having sex. It's not that you don't want it, but you don't have a need to have it. You have more important things to do.

You could just go: "No problem, lets play chess/games/watch movie/something that you would do with a friend". SHE will find that awkward, but you will seem so cool with it.

Don't argue logically. I can give you an example when i got away simply with being consistent and giving her a non sexual reason.

I needed to find some dancers (she is a dancer) in a club, and I asked her if she knows some good and hot dancers with big boobs. She goes "You will not find good dancers with big boobs." At that point I go: "Let me see..." and start grabbing her boob (we were in a car, I was driving). She goes "Nooo what are you doing?!!" and pushes my hand away. I moved my hand away, said: "Ohh cmmon." and tried again. She didn't oppose this time and i touched her for like 10 seconds, long enough to get a bit sexual, then i made a semi compliment about her boobs and changed the topic. UNAFFECTED. Oh yea, and she has a boyfriend for a year or so.

Hope you get the point of freezeout now. She declines sex, you make the situation awkward and suddendly she wants to have sex again (because it is less awkward than the current situation)

The fact that she complied doesn't mean it couldn't be construed as sexual assault, especially in a car when you're driving and she has no immediate means of getting away from the situation.

I forgot to stress: it was all done playfully and she was smiling lol, not being terrified you need to have some softer kino before pulling off something like this, otherwise you might end in prison, true thats what i get for not re-reading my posts

Simply be non-reactive, respect her wishes and use the opportunity to build more comfort. All this is is likely last minute resistance, women don't want to come across as easy (its for the guy's benefit on the one hand so he wont think she's easy, and for hers as sex is 1) a woman's last bargaining chips before putting all cards on the table, 2) wants to feel like it took some effort into getting her). One of the biggest reasons for last minute resistance is almost all women are scared that once they have sex (and in most cases they really really want to) she knows its likely she may never hear from the guy again; this happens all the damn time where she has sex with the guy and quickly after communication from the guy dwindles to the point where he no longer shows any interest on seeing her again.
