Post subject:  Depression and self esteem
Whenever I go on facebook and i see how well other people's life are I feel kind of down. Fuck it I'm better than them, because i am **** *****. Facebook kind of depresses me, yet it is an instrument for seduction and socializing. Today was the first day of sophomore year, my friends are all in different classes with different schedules. I need to raise my self esteem so I can better meet new people. What are some interesting activities and clubs I should join? :D :twisted: Give me some qualities of a true alpha.

First of all, realize that not everything you see on Facebook is as it seems. People are very conscious of their images and put themselves in the best light on there sometimes.

Also, low self-esteem is sometimes deeper than just getting involved in clubs and things. There are plenty of people in clubs and active who then just experience low self-esteem while involved in those.

Read up more on inner game, finding your identity and looking at your past to heal wounds that may have chipped away at your strength.
