Hello everyone, to start off I'm completely new to this whole thing and I am currently a Junior in high school. I don't really have approach anxiety so it wasn't super harsh for me. I saw this girl a few weeks back at my school and waited for the perfect time to make a move which was this past Friday. It was at my HS's home football game and a couple of friends and I walked around looking for her (They acted as my wing men and acted out to show me as the AMOG). I saw her with a small group of friends talking by the fence. I immeditaly made my approach on the group with the opener "Can I ask you guys something? Do I look... gay..?" and continued with the story of how I guy was flirting with me in class (This is where I showed my values and subcommunicated them, this showed that I was a boxer, hard working blah blah blah) I maintained my attention on her friends connecting with them and ignoring her a bit (no eye contact). I had her laughing and I told her "Haha your nose wiggles when you laugh, that's cute." From research I know she is self concoius about her nose. I continued my story right away and didn't make any eye contact with her. After a few minutes in I asked her friends if they mind if I took her away for a couple of minutes. They said find and she walked off with me to a more private area. This is where my friends kept her friends busy (blocking the obstacles). I leaned on the fence and started to chat alone with her starting with "Beauty is a common thing.. yeha yeah" and she told her personality values. She eventually got to where she said her favorite movie was "Mean Girls." Now, I hate that movie so I replied "Ohhh... I don't know girl's who like that movie always want to live that life and are full of drama.. you might be a little to dangerous for me" and begun to walk off. She replied with "Wait! What!! I'm not like that!" I looked back at her and said "Oh, really huh? Alright I give you a chance.. How about you walk home with me tonight." "Are you asking me out?" she asked me. "No but I'm asking you to take a walk with me, you never know what the future might bring" I told her with a smirk. She said okay and walked home with me (She lives really close by to me). As we walked and talked, I rested my arm around her shoulder and held her close. I led her to a artistically nice area with a nice view and was well lighted. I suggested we go there for awhile to which she said okay. When we got there we stood there for awhile and talked. I came out and asked her if she would dance with me (slow dance). We danced there for awhile and talked. 2 minutes in I told her to kiss me. It happened and all. I walked her home and got her number. At the end I asked her if we should do this again sometime. She said yes and I replied with "This time I am asking you out." Now, restating the question.. How do you think I did? Did I do it right? I was nervous and almost bailed and there were some silent moments. Reason I asked is that I am in HS. HS girls are pretty easy as they are not experienced yet. Completely honesty and please criticize the hell of it as I want to improve! Thanks! |

Quote: You played the game, you number closed, you kiss closed, you were ballsy and got her to qualify to you and agree to see you again. Not much you did wrong in my opinion.
Thanks for the reply!
Also, awkward silences are the perfect opportunities to make out and or kiss close, so if you have good connection with this girl, and you two fall silent for a moment. Go for the kiss! Good game man! |
