I have just tried to hold eye contact with women here and there and actually got a good reaction from them. But I am afraid to continue and do something more, because I could succeed. And that means I will humiliate myself because I have no experience and men are supposed to dominate. Also I still sometimes get angry when a girl is smiling at me with no reason, because I think she's laughing about me.
So what should I do and even is there anything I could do to get over it?

dude just go out and talk to people like a market or something like that where it would be normal to talk or get a job as a customer service representative and then you will learn to talk to them

Its simple the more practice you get the easier it is

I used to be shy as hell but then i got a job at a coffee shop and started talking to customers and all that and I got over that approach anxiety

What are you talking about? I'm saying that she might want to go put with me and then there might be something sexual and I will humiliate myself.
Being or not being shy has nothing to do with humiliating myself sexually. Or actually it does, if I come across as not shy, which probably is the case because no one has said that I seem shy for many years, she will think that I am experienced and that will humiliate me even more.

You know what I do when I humiliate myself? I laugh it off, and don't give a fuck.

I lost my virginity to a 27 year old Dutch model when I was 17. That was pretty humiliating, but I laugh it off.

Work on your inner game, accept yourself for WHO YOU ARE. And understand that you should not give a fuck about what people think about you if you humiliate yourself.

ok what im trying to say is that you don't have confidence in your self and that will translate to bad performance since its going to be on your mind constantly and a women will sense that. what I meant by shyness is that you dont approach which is part of building confidence (the more you do it the more confident you get ) same in a sexual encounter ....first couple of times you will be bad and you will probably cum in your pants as soon as she touches your zipper lol but thats life

keep in mind the chick that you sleep with in most cases will be a one night stand your first couple of times and you probably wont see them again. so there is nothing to be worried about.
