Post subject:  30 years old: Biggest AFC of entire world
Hi guys. I really need some help here.

I live in a small town (20,000 ppl) where everybody knows each other. During all my life I was that fat nerdy/ugly kid who was into computers and games so I never had any experience with girls.
About 3 years ago I started reading some PUA stuff so I decided to lose some weight, dress more properly and try to become more interesting, so I grabbed some friends and start going at weekends to a near bigger town to pick up girls, but unfortunately I didnt had much success. I guess the looks, the fact that I am already bald and I am not interesting enough (at least for the sophisticated "big city" girls) played against me.

Nowadays I feel very depressed, because all of my friends are getting married and start having babies, so they do not have more time to spend with me because their priorities changed. Everybody in town makes jokes about me, and my family thinks that I am gay or I might have some problem because I'm the only one who cant get a girlfriend. Years are passing by and nothing happens for me.

Living in a small town, you dont have many options, and where you are young, girls date many guys so you have good chances, but when girls start to marry with guys that you know and start building a family, then you cant do anything..

Does anyone have experienced this kind of situation? I am completely lost and I dont know what to do...maybe leave town and going to a big city to start a new life before it gets too late...

Maybe change towns? but likely no need.

Ask your self "Do I approach women daily? Do I make eye contact with women I pass in halls and streets? Do I say Hi when I do?.

Change venues; Join a gym, meet new people. Join a class populated with the type of women that your attracted to.

Open women you may not be attracted to; young, old, tall, short, fat! WHY?

Every positive response will boost your confidence dramatically!

Even try free online Dating sites! You can say ANYTHING you want without fear of rejection.

i'm 39, single, live alone. couldnt give a shit what others think.

of course it helps that i look like a dark version of brad pitt, have a full head of hair, a body kids half my age would be proud of and still get asked for ID when buying cigarettes and alcohol.

its never too late. at 15 i used to think i was too old to start learning the guitar. dont waste life worrying about being too old. you're not.

i just started doing stand up comedy. at 39 thats considered pretty late. but i dont give a shit. i didnt really know what i wanted to say in my twenties. i sure do now.

I'm 30 as well and never had a girlfriend.
I live in a small town in England but don't plan on spending that much of my time here from now on, and am going to move.

I have tons on friends here but theres nothing much happening generally.
I am going to Las Vegas for a few weeks next month so will see if I can get a girl there.

30 isn't that old really. Theres still time to change things.

Bro there's no surprise you havent had much luck with the ladies if you talk about yourself that way. If you radiate doubts about yourself then women will pick up on that shit and immediately label you as a chump. Change that attitude fast and know that every woman you meet is just as insecure on the inside. Even though they may front the opposite!!! MAN THE FUCK UP AND TAKE CONTROL!!!!

Yeah I feel you. Small towns I feel can be dreadful for single guys. It seems to me that the feeling you get from not having a large pool of elligibles is what is getting you down, as well as the social pressure you feel from your peers and your parents to settle down. If you have the money and resources I would move to the big city. If not maybe travel to some close by outside towns. It is hard to come from an abundance mindset when in reality there is a scarcity.

i think the turning point for me was when I stopped feeling sorry for myself and decided I had to take control of my life.

How did I take control?

I stopped caring about what people see me as and started living without regrets. If a girl looks beautiful, I tell her that. I'm not even trying to get into her pants, I just strike up conversation because it is what it is. If she feels disgusted by me, oh well, my MO was to tell her she's beautiful and I did it. Just because she's a bitch doesn't change the fact that she is beautiful. But hey, if you two get into a good conversation, don't even look for IOIs or shit like that, ask her for her number. Chances are if you're having a good time, she's having a good time.

Looks matter, and I'm glad you started working out because that was also my first step. But don't work out to get girls, work out because you want to become a better "you". All of this picking girls techniques crap will only get you so far, if you truly want to find happiness in your life work on YOURSELF because it is what YOU do that makes YOU happy.

When you're happy with yourself, it's 10000x easier to pick up woman. Trust me.
