Personally, i never like to give her the power. Like if you said 'Do you want to go get some coffee tomorrow?' Your putting the power in her hands. She gets to control what you do tomorrow as well as her. Instead say stuff like 'we should go out and get some coffee' or (the one i like to use) 'Maybe next time i have some free time, we should hang out'. Its always good that if she turns down a date to show that your busy and you have some other plans going on and ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS give her the benefit of the doubt. If she says some excuse dont go questioning her to try 'catch her out' on her excuse just saying something simple like 'No harm done! I just realized how much stuff that needs to be done, I'll try see you soon'. This then flips the switch on rejection seeming like she wants YOU. Saying other things life 'I'm going to get some coffee later, do you want to come along?' shows that your not going out of your way to meet her. Like if she says no, you were going anyway! This is the stuff i use and it really works for me and the other people i've told it too. Hope this helps.

Been noticing Ive been getting alot of flakes lately how can i ask a girl to hangout and basically have them looking forward to it? I find girls keep me as a side option i want to be the MAIN option.

The key to conditioning is not being pigeonholed and being something the girl doesn't have any past reference on how to deal with you so she has to deal with it on the fly.
