Anybody ever hired a vocal coach? Is that the proper term??

... to help with public speaking, sales, talking in group or work setting etc etc.. I think it would be a good idea not just for pick-up but career wise as well!

your voice is your identity as a person so i would be interested in what they can do to help.

Watch all the Obama and Bill Clinton speeches. Pay attention closer to their rhythms. tonality and body languages.

Not to gloat but I'm naturally a confident speaker but some things I think could help would be
Sports- karate, football, something where your with a team or group and have to tell or lead something
Customer support- I just got a job with customer support as a requirement, and I have basically 0 AA issues now, I say "hi" to very one and usually hold a small convo but have to interact with everything from old women to girls that are hot as hell an I've seen that "wow I can say hi to a woman that's hot and they say hi back! Everytime!"

To be honest all a coach will do is tell you to do the same thing I'm telling you, but at $50 an hour, just go into the public and start talking

idk maybe i dont really need it. ive had lots of sales training, gave lots of talks for sports from coaching, have done presentations for exercise and nutrition at corporations.

so probably just speaking in front of people...being able to hold peoples attention and being looked at more of as a leader instead of a peer.
