Post subject:  Eye Contact (At The Bar)

Heading back to college next week, going to spend the first week at the bars every night most likely. I've built up my confidence and read a lot about PU. I haven't been able to practice much as I just recently turned legal in my country.

So I get to the bar, and head over to the bar to get drinks with my buddies. We look for a table and as I'm glancing around I lock eyes with some HB. I've read it's best to immediately approach.

a) What if she's far away and maybe through a crowd of people? How do I proceed.

b) What does it usually mean if she glances away quickly or maintains eye contact.

c) I'd like to say something situational but if I'm ever stumped, does anyone have a go to line for this scenario?

a) That's fine, make your way toward her at a controlled pace.

b) It's kind of a natural instinct to know whether eye contact is from her being interested or not. She'll hold eye contact just a split second longer than what seems natural and it should be pretty obvious to you when this happens. When in doubt, assume she's interested. You have nothing to lose anyway.

c) I normally use one of two lines:

"You seem to be having the most fun out of anyone here" with a smile.

"Hey, I just had to come over and say hello. You're absolutely adorable."

The first line is best for playing it conservatively and opening slowly, while the second one is more alpha and displays more confidence but is obviously more aggressive. With the second line, she WILL look at you in shock for a few seconds before she realized what happened. Don't let it shake you or you're fucked; instead, expect it. Regardless, these are really just "emergency lines" for when your mind goes blank. Something situational is far better.
