Here's a fool proof method.. 1) Memorize Lil Waynes "Mrs. Officer" 2) Recite it constantly infront of the mirror 3) Make out last will and testament 4) Run into the station screaming profanities in Muslim and wearing a black ski mask 5) Providing you haven't been shot upon the approach, here's your time to shine. 6) Drop down on one knee and start singing/rapping your heart out, +10 points if your white.
