If you learn how to use your eyes, you have gained a lot. There is an old idea saying that the eyes are mirrors of the soul or something like that. Basically that is a lot of crap but girls believe it. It is based on that you signal a lot with your eyes that you cannot express with your body. Most people cannot lie with their eyes so if you look someone in the eye while they say something, you can normally say something about their true intention. Unless of course, that person can use eyes well.

Eyes will show confidence, nervousness, happiness, congruence, honesty, anger, humor, emotional state, experience and a lot of other things that you may have problems showing with the rest of your body, including your vocal cords.

So when talking to a girl, make sure you look her in the eye and share a warm steady gaze while you talk. It is gonna work wonders for you.

I think it depends on the frame. If you are going for cocky unabashed sexual alpha. Why not you make no apologies for your masculinity. Women tend to get dressed up for other women oddly enough. She wants you to check her out too. Ive started using eye contact differently since I watched a video with Gambler describing how to use them effectively. I think this has been my biggest improvement since deciding that PUA was something I wanted to do. But what if you fuck up and take a peek, Im only a male....

Depends. My advice is not to get caught looking too much if you're in a place where girls are constantly being approached--a bar, a club, someplace she's excpecting to be hit on. If you opened her someplace more benign (supermarket, department store, pizza place, dog park, whatever) getting caught taking a glance will let her know you're not just being friendly, and can help very much if you're using a direct approach (like gambler's method) It also depends on your style of PU techniques. Mr. Breeze is right, if you're going Alpha-male, direct, or C&F, you can look as a pick-up tool. If you're using group theory,mystery method, or style's method, you'll want to avoid looking until you've built up enough rapport and comfort to shift frames. Either way, follow Ezo's advice about eye contact. Learn to use EC to best effect, and don't waste long periods of time staring at her chest when you could be doing something useful.

If they're really big then no. Everybody else who has spoken to her will have had a good look, if you don't she will wonder why and assume you find something else about her attractive. This is quite an ego boost for large boobed girls as they like to think to themselves "even if I didn't have big boobs men would still find me attractive" If they mention anything to you about not looking (indirectly usually: "you only spoke to me because I have big tits") Just reply "I'm a leg man" Sometimes they will reply "but I don't have long legs?" if thats the case reply "I know, it must be chemistry then"

Looking at boobs is best when you two are alone and about to fuck. Why? Because if you casually look at a girl's boobs during the day or whatever, she'll just think, "Oh, another guy who can't listen well." You see, guys have the courage to stare at boobs, but not the guts to look into her eyes. Laser-eyeing her with a poker face works way better because it builds more tension. Looking at her boobs can lower tension because she already knows your intentions too early on.
