Post subject:  Low sex drive

Hey guys. Recently I've had a low sex drive. I don't know the specific reason but I have a few ideas.

A lot of stress, I feel tired all the time. I've been going out a lot. I haven't masturbated or watched porn in 5 days now I think (I'm giving up porn). But my urge is still quite low and I'm in my prime (20 years old).

Is this normal under stress/maybe not enough sleep? Any suggestions?[/list]

1. Get 8-9 hrs of sleep
2. Get yourself vitamins b6, magnesium and zinc or just eat salad from celery root 3 times a day:

it's really fu*king healthy, helps to produce testosterone.
3. Don't masturbate for a month
4. Make squats for 20-30min a day (working large muscle groups helps to produce testosterone) or jogge.

If it won't help, go and see a doctor, you should fc everything which doesn't slip away and climb on a tree.

I think you should try to eat more vegetables and fruits, also spend more time to relax

It's definitely the stress. Try to find a way to relax. The stress hinders your body to function normally. It's nature telling you that something is wrong and you need to fix something.

Let me point you in the right direction my dude. Do you know whats causing the stress? If so, do your best to eliminate it and/or shrug it off.

Secondly, exercise helps deal with stress and releases endorphins so give that a go. I go regularly (about 4-6 times a week) and I lift like a champ (heavy and hard). If you'd like a solid routine I can point you in the right direction.

Also introduce more fats into your diet. Red meat, cheeses, eggs, peanut butter, nuts, etc. Those will all help increase your testosterone.

Another thing I've noticed is girly/soft music doesn't help much in terms of increasing sex drive/libido. Find some playlists that pump you up for the gym/life/going out/etc.

I just recently turned 21 and my sex drive has never been higher. I have vivid dreams of girls, NRBs sometimes lol, and carry myself in an Alpha manner (and trust me it helps).

Hope those tips help out dudeski. Keep me updated.

It very well could be low testosterone levels. Here are some of the primary symptoms

Increased fat mass
Reduced libido
Reduced erectile function
Infertility
Reduced sense of well-being
Fatigue
Reduced stamina
Depression
Reduced cognition
Loss of skeletal muscle and strength

its treatable by taking testosterone replacement. Your doctor can test you for it by a simple blood test.
