First off, when a woman sleeps over your place you should have banged her the best ways that you can. Women want to be desired. It's disrespectful not to bang them when they sleepover.
Second, manage their expectations. If you just want sex, say your terms or show the girls how you'll eventually manage the thing that will go on between you two.

If your time is limited with girls while you make the most of that limited time by giving girls fun, giving them an emotional roller coaster ride, and making them horny, then they would invest much more in their interaction with you to maximize the scarce time that you decide to share with them.
This way, you can dictate your terms instead of HBs dictating their terms.
