to be completely honest if you want to read easy to understand text that has lot's of examples and step by step instructions I recommend - you visit this forum everyday
But that's not it, you also have to do 2 things
1)read other peoples questions and answers, even if it doesn't apply to you now it will most likely sooner or later
2)post your own experiences, answering or asking questions

I guarantee you if you do this for a month you'll be a lot better with women, do it for 6 months and you'll have the confidence, do it for 3 years and get any lady your heart desires

and the best thing is, this book is completely customizable, and never ends - ever have a question on something in this forum? ask it directly, can you do that with a book?

Gambler's book called 'Natural Seduction' is pretty good as far as textbook game is concerned, it covers the basics pretty well and might be a good place for you to start. MM can sometimes be a little overwhelming, it's pretty scientific in some bits.

AM and MM are pretty much the same thing,

what are you having trouble following with the mystery method?

MM does not seem to tell much of how to apply all this. It's more of an explanation.

While AM seems to have a video where it explains it and shows some examples on how to do everything infield.

Although I have only looked at AM a little bit right now. I've been doing natural game up till now so this stuff seems weird to me unless I have specific instructions on whats going on.

The problem I have is on implementing it. The book is very detailed, but it goes on forever and I have no clue how anyone could possibly apply most of what it says. Basically the point of my post was if anyone here uses textbook game and any advice on how to progress with it from their experience.

Hey guys I have decided to learn some textbook game. I read mystery method and honestly that book seems just about impossible to follow and not much instruction on opening and how to carry everything. I recently got the annihilation method. Been looking at it a little and it seems to be detailed so far. Does anyone here have experience in learning textbook game?? If so can I get some advice on where to start or how to continue this??? Thanks guys.

Thanks for the response bro. I will continue with annihilation method dvds for now and try it out. Then i will start posting.

I liked David De'angelo's videos. He gives you exposure to a lot of different methods and he focuses a lot on inner game and backs a lot of his beliefs with stuff like evolutionary psychology, which (to me) made a lot of sense.

It's more of an explanation. what do you mean here? that book is very complicated and detailed Quote: While AM seems to have a video where it explains it and shows some examples on how to do everything infield. there are probably tons of videos of guys explaining/using the MM out there also (even a few of mystery in field), but really the book explains pretty much everything about the method that you would need to know are you referring to pre-made routines or something?, cause that is not really what the methods are about, some routines are just included in the methods, the method it's self is more of a linear game plan from meeting a girl to sleeping together within 2 days, both erik and neil advocate making your own personalized routines for yourself that are congruent but follow along with the method (it is explained in the book how to do this) Quote: Although I have only looked at AM a little bit right now. Basically the point of my post was if anyone here uses textbook game and any advice on how to progress with it from their experience. lots of practice is how someone could apply the mystery method successfully, and also a good understanding re-read the parts of the book you are practicing after going out, break down your learning into parts, learn a1-3, make a linear compliance ladder for yourself to follow and start, a1 to hook, a2 to 3 ioi's, a3 qualify and escalate to a kiss (you can start building compliance from a1 if you want) first practice a1-3 until you can get to a3 without any problems and the process is internalized, then move on to learning and internalizing the rest of the method piece by piece when you reach regular sticking points ask them here, if you get more specific with your problems, you can get more specific answers
