I read that post of RetiredRodeo about the girl he sent home and was quite intrigue by his frame so I did an experiment today. I haven't f-closed her, this is a phone conversation we had earlier. That was textbook - forceful but no aggression - calm but with impact - assertive, you defined your parameters and stuck by them - enforced your value whilst avoiding the temptation to brag - you said what needed to be said with no further justification or explanation, less is more A strong frame is everything.
