Post subject:  Well, Where Do I Start?
Well, I'm 19 and I work at a Target. There is this girl that I like there since December. The first time, she knew before I was even able to admit it. We ended up having issues for a few months based off of the words of other people. Now time has passed and throughout all the bullshit we went through we are friends. I thought I gave up on liking her. Now I am starting to feel like I like her again. I don't want her to know yet, but I don't want to miss out on another opportunity. Time is against me because I am planning on going to the Air Force and she said she is moving to NY in December.

Also, Sunday night she came to me and said she heard around that I've been talking to people and telling them how much I like her and that she likes me. I didn't say any of that. She said she didn't know who I was talking to and that she wasn't mad, but she doesn't want her name out there like that again. It has happened to us before. I asked her who told her this, her reply was "it doesn't matter." I asked around to some of my closest friends (that knows the current situation) and they didn't tell her anything. I was also warned to be careful because she is tricky. I got a feeling it was either this one guy who opened his mouth or that she was bluffing to see my reaction. I decided to drop the situation for now, but I also would like to know, what do I do? Should I be more open with her? She also said that if I like her, cool, but she went on that she never said she liked me.

Please help.

I also wanted to add that with all this, I am also trying to keep my cool because I don't want to stress out much and my birthday is next week and she is coming to my birthday dinner. I'm hoping I can figure out what to do about this situation if she is bluffing or not and how to get her to like me or fall for me instead of just sitting down and worrying.

She is bluffing, and showing interest, and shit testing all at once.

I would just call her out and say "I can see you like me, your not going to start stalking me now are you?" With HUMOR keep eye contact, and even put you hand on her arm while you say it!

Thanks for your comment. I am starting to think that she was bluffing and shit testing me. I still don't quite see where she was showing interest though. I don't know, but I doubt it a little bit. I might take your advice to see what happens. If she wasn't showing interest, do you know any way of how I can get her interested just in case?
