Hi all, My first post  , after reading a lot of posts on this forum decided to start with power of conversational hypnosis (Igor Ledochowski)Has anyone got any tips, on how I can get the best from these recordings ? 1.My plan is to listen to 12 cds 2. Try the exercises any advice will be greatly appreciated. Even if you think this is not the best course to start with! |

Dude, you actually say it yourself: listen first then do it. In every way you can, you should just do it. Its the best way of learning. cheers |
