She left me 17 days ago. She told me she didn't love me any more. She was worried because she feared I wouldn't graduate (it will happen in the end of july) if she left me, so she plaied to be my gf for some time without me knowing she had already decided to dump me. I discovered that because she isn't able to tell a lie. I asked her if she loved me and she didn't say a word so we broke. She cried and asked me to invite her however at my graduation celebration party. I told her I wouldn't have. She asked me as last wish to make her know wheter I graduated or not. I didn't say anything. Now after 17 days, she knows I had to deliver my final project and I have to discuss it, after 17 days of silence she textes me this: "I hope you did your project in time.... I don't know which day it will be, so I tell you right away good luck" Some said that she is just washing her conscience fearing that her dumping me resulted in me losing will and not graduating. Some said she is trying to see if a comeback is possible. What do you think? What should I text her back? PS: I really completed my work, it was great after all and I have the chance to write a science article on it! |

It sounds to me as though she is just genuinely worrying about your project. It would appear that she cares about you still, but probably not in a sexual, relationship way. I think if she was going to start talking to you because she was confused, or wanted to get back together with you, she would at the very least try to start a conversation with you, maybe ask you a few questions, or maybe even drop some sexual innuendos/hints etc. This, to me, just seems like she is feeling guilty. I'd personally let her stew, wouldn't text back, and leave her. If she is genuinely worried abotu your graduation, she'll find out some other way (ask your friends for instance), but it seems to me like she just wants you to tell her yourself so that she feels less guilty and as though you're forgiving her to some extent. I'd ignore it. |

I think you're right. I haven't texted her back and I think I won't. It's like destroying the meaning of three and a half fabolous years with her, reducing us as being friends or even worse. I just don't know if she will react like "What a moron, he doesn't even reply me, who gives a fuck I'm gonna forget about him" or "Why isn't he replying? Is he already tired of me after 17 days?" What do you think? |

Well, so what if she does think like that? She thinks you're a moron for not replying? So what? You're not going to see her again anyway, right? It seems to me like you don't want to be just friends with her. So if you don't want to be just friends with her, and she doesn't want a relationship, then why worry about what she thinks? If she does want a relationship, she'll let you know. She will send obvious messages like "I miss you, we should meet up." She isn't sending that, she's just feeling guilty and trying to make herself feel better. She is the one who ended it remember, not the other way around - you don't 'owe' her anything. You don't need to make her feel better. |

You're right again. I'm sorry I just feel it so hard to accept that 1 month ago she was all like "I love you I miss you" and now we're as 3 years ago: nothing one to each other. And that likely that would stay forever. I would have died for her... |

Latest news: I didn't reply her text message... and a friend told me that she posted this message on her facebook (I removed her so she doesn't see me nor I don't see her) "I don't know what to think anymore..." and she usually doesn't post such messages. My friend told me this is because I didn't reply her. So what? |
