Girls are crazy... so there is a situation coming up in a few days which I am trying to figure out her intentions A girl I was seeing a few months ago (we are currently separated and NOT seeing each other) wants me to visit for a weekend. Well its turning into a four day visit, and while she explained it would be "just friends", I'm not sure if I believe that. However, from a male perspective, it doesn't make sense, and seeing as girls act illogically and based on their emotions, perhaps in her mind she CAN just have me over as a FRIEND, despite the fact that we were more than just friends for months before. Wanted to know your guys opinion on this, and if it seems fishy. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum |

Could go either way. Just get there and find out which way it goes. If you want her turn on the charm when you're alone and things will probably take their course.

Men and women are both emotional, but men usually are more mentally consistent. Men have better mental discipline by nurture... |

I've seen some men as emotional/illogical as some women. Your only choice is to escalate, embrace your inner manhood, and be completely outcome independent. Sounds like you are so attached to the outcome that you needed to post here. Break free from that and express yourself. If you can't risk losing the girl, she will lose respect for you. If you do lose her, she won't care but at least she will not think of you as less of a man for it. |

Thanks for the replies, I'm actually over her (though it may not sound it), the reason I am thinking about this so much is I really do want to win her back to prove to myself I can. However, screw it, I got other options so I'll be doing this one for the hell of it to see the results. Cheers |

Its all about your attitude and your perspective on things. When guys are growing up the get told to "suck it up" so they learn to deal with their feelings. Girls are allowed to cry and they are babied. Its all a habit. There is no such thing as being outcome independent, as you always want to succeed. However, there is a such thing as mental fortitude which means if a girl rejects you, if a girl doesn't call you, if a girl cheats on you...you don't go to a negative place mentally. However, many guys don't understand that "if you don't mind, it don't matter." |
