| Post subject: | GF says "one month - then we see". My move? |
Tried posting this in the relationship section, but because I have no posts (as I regged to ask about this) I put it here. Anyways, I've been with my girlfriend now for like nine months, shes twenty (im 24), based on objective reviews quite attractive (crushing my exes) and a real cool girl to be around. We've been together for nine months, and the first seven where troublefree as we where together all the time, sleeping over at eachothers prob 90% of the time. But she was living in my town temporarily because of school, and moved back home about six weeks ago - its still not far from me, and we still spend much time together but she has become uncertain about wanting to keep me as her BF and she says she finds it hard to go out drinking with all her single GFs when she cant "do anything". One night we got drunk she dumped me, but the second we woke up she insisted she didnt mean it and asked if I could please just forget she mentioned anything. So I did. Im working the summer in her hometown till the end of this month, and living at her place during that time. Shes pendling to work outside of town, so shes only home four days a week. In the end of August she is leaving to study somewhere else for a period of three months - and it seems she think that will be very hard since I cant see her more then once or twice in that time. She told me a few days ago that she is unsure about our relationship, but that we have July (as it would be very impractical for us to break up before that because of living arrangements) but she seems to be implying that thats all the time I have with her and that shes more or less dumping me on August 1. This is a new scenario for me, being dumped is one thing - but being dumped with a delay seems a strange spot. My goal is to keep her around for as long as possible, so any of you got any advice as to how you would handle the situation or what you would do while she is home to make her want to stick together after the end of this month? |

If your twin brother told you that story what would your advice be to him? |
