Hey all. I'm new here, but i've been scouring the site fr several weeks now. It seems like i have been going around in circles in that time. I see something i like, look into it, and realize it costs over $500 for the program. Or, i see a video i like, watch it for a full hour, but still don't really feel i got anything out of it. I guess my question is, where should i start? I like plans. I am willing to put myself out there and give it the time, but i just love having a plan of what i will do each week. Something nicely laid out, that i know exactly what i need to do every day. As opposed to watching various youtube videos or short writeups on little tips and tricks. Thanks, and i look forward to getting started! |

I always think the most important place to start is in being clear about who you are and, quite honestly, why you are doing what you are doing. It's important to be brutally honest with yourself or soon your confused intentions will come back to bite you. Of course, you may learn as you go along and reassess and that's fine. But at each point, being honest with yourself is important. |
