Post subject:  How to always STAY CENTERED, Being in your reality/movie?

Hey guys,

Lately I am having problems with drawing state from within, and being grounded in my own energy. Especially when I hang out with girls I care about, sometimes I need to get their validation to feel good.

I know this is not the right mindset, and I don't always have this problem, but is there a way to train myself to not needing this kind of validation from hot women I am dating on the occasion?

Are there any books/seminars I can read/attent to get better at this, and will meditation work?

On the side note, I am an elite sporter, and currently off season, and when I am off season that's when the need for validation starts to kick in my head. But ofcourse this shouldn't influence my mindset. And I would really like to know how I can work on this.

So I would really appreciate your advice on this!

Thanks in advance,

PositiveVibe

Didn't Tyler explain it in the video you watched?

Constantly meeting women and interacting with them is the only way not to be dependent on the validation of the one woman you're approaching.

No other way to 'practice' this.

Meeting one woman every 6 months will cause this mindset to get worse. Making an effort to meet new women every chance you get will reduce this mindset drastically.

You don't even have to seduce them. Just meeting them through friends of friends, getting to know them and expanding your social circle will basically get you half way there - not to mention help you in so many other areas in your personality and growth.

to draw state from within, you need to have a lifestyle thats orientated to it

wake up early every morning and work hard to your goals

live in the moment

have a plan of action for every day

then youll find yourself able to access your inner resources more easily

I know all to well what you mean. I lost some family and have been going through a bunch of personal turmoil. Lets be honest and admit, none of this is good for being in our own reality or personal movie. You can do what I did and purchase Paul Mcknenna's book I can make you confident. It comes with a free hypnosis cd and a ton of activities. Doing it once in awhile will help but, I listen to the cd everyday or when I do cardio at the gym. I also do the 5minute activity everyday. You will be amazed. My goal is to be a better pua and person then I was before the turmoil. I already got a new number from a girl I missed the chance when I couldn't find the sky. Tyler Durdan suggested power of now to me and 10day mental challenge by tony robbins. There is no 1 way about it or specific answer. The combo of the three and having faith like my dad says, "I am not questioning it," just let it happen. Good luck man.
