Ok so I approached this HB8 in a cafe today (still trying to break my AA getting there for 8+) and it seemed like she was getting bored whenever I changed the conversation topic after my opener (Hi I'm Caster mind if I nick a seat?) so how could I change the frame to keep her interested? |

The frame is something you HOLD its not for being 'changed' per se I think you're just scared of not being interesting, so my advice is to work on relaxing abit more so as to reduce your 'performance anxiety'. |

Any exercises to help or is it just about getting out there and doing loads of approaches? |

Practice, its not something you can learn in a classroom or online. You'll find your own style, and the more you practice with approaches the better you'll become at them. As with anything in life, practice makes perfect.
