I find I'm often in these situations and don't know what to do...

1. I'm at one of my friends party's. He has about 25 people over, most of whom I know (or at least know of.. and I'm sure they at least know my name). There's people playing drinking game, socializing and maybe 1 or 2 others that feel completely lost like me. What should I do? And I know I should start socializing but I'll try and it always ends up with a few word exchanges. The worst part is I usually get approached because I'm good looking yet I can't seem to keep the interest or I come off boring....

2. I go to the bar with a few friends. We walk in the door and see a few other people we know and head over to socialize. Everyone starts talking and laughing yet I feel awkward and left out.

3. I go to a club with a few friends. Once there the group breaks apart. I head to the dance floor... What the hell do I do to initiate a dance with girls?

I find I'm almost always in these situations when night gaming. I'm good looking, college aged, and have confidence but I feel my weakest point is I don't know how to socialize with girls or how to PU in general. I feel girls are really interested in me but I just either lose their interest or don't even try. Suggestions?
