| Post subject: | Is Pick-Up Basically Just Pushing Through Your Comfort Zone? |
Is it about pushing through your comfort zone or practicing your social skills? I want to become confident in my social life, so would going out and talking to strangers all day help with that? or would it be better to just start meeting people through friends and trying to connect with them? Basically I just need a little advice on how to change from socially awkward to socially confident. Thanks in advance. |

Yup. Pretty much! It's also about finding yourself, being happy with who you are, and finding your center. |

I think if you consider yourself "socially akward" absolutely you are going to break out of your "comfort zone" because this zone solidifies your current loser identity. Realize your perception of reality is flawed. If you want to be that "Cool guy" then you need to obviously talk with a lot of people. Talking to STRANGERS depends. If its just someone in some grocery store or w/e you can befriend them and get to know them. |
