Hi, i'm not going to lie, i'm shit with women. Dispite having a few girls who have liked me in the past, i'm very shy and suffer from a fair bit of anxiety. Thus, i'm normally always smiling and standing around looking nervous when around women. However, before i go back up north to uni, i wana work and redo my image. 1. work on my body and become quite ripped 2. buy clothes that i feel comfortable in i.e. preppy style Does anyone have any advice as to how I can approach my change that i'm planning on doing from my confidence and motivation, all the way through to the image that girls get of me within the first few seconds they see me! Everyone's advice would be much appreciated, i am planning on keeping a blog/ record on how this goes to upload come september:) |
