Post subject:  questions for guys that sarge malls on the reg
so I've been going to malls alot. i made 30 approaches in a different state and made lots of progress. # closes. possible day 2 (if i stayed in town). and of course a couple rejections.

now that i am in my home territory... I don't understand what is wrong with me... i've become a bitch again. its like my AA got worse especially because i dont have my buddy pushing me.

Questions

1. Is it possible for you to go to a mall too much? i've been going out alot this week in attempts to get over my aa and get approaches down. but i'm sure various employees and possibly security have seen me walking around for (embarrisingly) 2 hours. my aa was so bad that i didn't approach though but if i did would they get suspicious and report me?

2. regarding question 1. is it better to pick a spot, sit and post untill you acquire a target, then move to the target to open. so you are not seen just walking around the mall a million times?

3. is running to a target like sasha daygame does too much for a mall? i lose a lot of targets because it takes me forever to catch up to them.

4. general question for guys that routinley sarge malls. what is your overall plan for sarging malls and not drawing negative attention to yourself for being a "player" at the mall.

If you go to a mall regularly, you should have a long term propinquity sarging strategy instead of the run around crash and burn strategy.

I go to a mall for three reasons.
  • 1. Shop at the department store or the mall shops.

    2. Eat at the mall restaurants.

    3. Sing at the public videoke stage.
This means that I sarge the mall employees first: store managers, sales ladies, security personnel, restaurant crew and so on. After 4 or 5 times of visiting these places, the mall employees are already high fiving, kinoing and greeting me like we're long lost friends. That's the time that I sarge the mall customers when I've got massive social proof.

I date mall employees as well as mall customers. But it's easier to f-close the mall customers when they see that the beautiful sales ladies are very comfortable with you. Propinquity works.

I just think that the crash and burn strategy isn't efficient plus you'll get a bad reputation as a player and skirt chaser who gets blown off most of the time. With a propinquity strategy, you're just a normal, friendly guy who doesn't chase skirts around. Rather, girls naturally feel comfortable around you when you're doing your thing that you came for in the mall-- shopping, eating and having fun. :twisted:

Approaching with a buddy doesn't do much at all for you're AA when its comes to approaching alone. For months I was only able to approach when I had my buddies were around and then eventually you have to drop the shit, stop being a wimp and do it if this is what you really want. Everyone wants to get laid by strangers but no one wants to risk looking like an idiot and getting blown out. Its apart of it, the good in the bad. Embrace it bro. Approach how ever you want, chase girls if you have to, but just get it done.:)

Malls are my #1 sarge location. Its all about state when you're alone. I really don't give a fuck if people even notice (unlikely anyway) that I've been in the mall for hours. I prefer to sarge for 3 to 4 hours personally. Being alone is tough because your state has to be self sustained. I always warm up on hired guns, they're usually very friendly and willing to talk. Try giving people totally random andgenuine compliments as well on the fly. For the most part you should not stop to try and close girls you do this to. These are just warm ups to get you into a positive state. Obviously if the girl is overflowing with IOI's as a response then yeah, go for it since she's on a silver platter, but in most cases just keep on walking by with a smile.
