Is that too cheesy and lineish, or do you ever say it if it's actually true?

Depends on the context. Are you opening with this line? If so, beware. Let's say it's true that she looks like someone else. Chances are, she may have heard that many times before, so you saying it wont be special (could even be annoying and unoriginal).

Now, if you're already having a conversation with her, this line could be good assuming she actually does look like someone. Hopefully the resemblance will be with someone who looks good.

If I were you, I wouldnt use it, but it's up to you.

We have a date planned but she was definitely not enjoying being related to emma stone haha. She seriously looks like her though
