Hi,

I am a soon to be 18 year old male who is entering College this year in the fall as a freshman. I'm finally done with H.S. and upon graduating I realized something...i've never done anything with a girl. My entire life I have never had a girlfriend, hooked up with a girl at a party, or even had a first kiss. I admit I am not the best looking dude out there but I'm not socially awkward. I'm a nice guy, pretty sociable throughout High School. Talked to a fair share of girls even though I hung out with one group and mostly interacted with the couple of girls in that group. I've been going to the gym and this summer I have big goals for what I want to do with my body so I have that part covered(i'm on the skinnier side but i'm looking to get bigger/more muscular). But I mean....am I even normal!? I've never been with a girl whereas the majority of my friends have. It kind of makes me feel like a loser in all honesty. I'm not asking for some how to guide to have sex with as many girls as possible....but I mean..I just want to be able to meet girls and charm them. I want to be attractive. The alpha male within a group in College.

Where to start?

I always know someone is new when there master plan involves "working out". Dont get me wrong you should do it, but AFC's have bigger fish to fry.

Yes your situation is common and typical, dont feel alone. The insta-alpha male statement was quaint, but that wont happen anytime soon. However here are your first 2 action steps.

1.. Read up on as much PUA and game material you can, inner and outer game and this forum of course
2. Approach and open as many random girls as possible and say something, anything. Start this tomorrow.

If you do these 2 things everyday, with focus, your success will increase 10x

can you give me some direction as to what to read? book titles/authors/certain threads in particular?

Nowdays only because I get bored sometimes.

What I do not understand however is how can you advice something like that to this guy who is new and I take that you are experienced. Although I say that from seeing your name on the boards, and can't really remember your posts.

What this guy (OP) doesn't understand is that normal guys get laid. Since he isn', he starts to think that he needs special something to get the girls. Than he stumbles upon pua, and finds "all the answers" in books. he invests so much time and energy in trying to soak up all information, but doesn't practice much because he is just 3 openers away from being perfect inside of his head. after some time he is even more weird than he was to begin with.

This is the path where "learn by reading" usually leads to.

I agree with Defy, fuck reading too much, it messes with your head and could turn you into someone you're not and your fakeness will be detected easily.

Dude, I had my first kiss on my last year of university last year at the age of 22, not long before I turned 23. I was a much more attractive person then because sex wasn't on my mind, so you end up with this cool relaxing mentality that shows in your behaviour as very attractive. I have a friend who doesnt believe in sex before marriage, a virgin, because of that alone the way he interacts with women is different to guys who first think "she's hot, I wanna do her" when they meet a girl. I see him surrounded by so many girls that wanna fuck him and he knows it. point is, be yourself, take it step by step, no pressure as long as you have the balls to talk to girls, which is not hard. The one book I will always recommend is "The Attraction Code" by Vin Di Carlo because it doesn't show you routines or anything silly like that but instead shows you how to have good character. First of all you are on here only because you are bored, because reading about PUA is worthless is a borderline retarded statement. I think you need to think about what you are saying before spewing.

Secondly because he is an afc he needs to study harder as well as practice in the field more, not less. And your ignorance of pickup is obvious if you think guys getting laid has a normal binomial distribution for success.

Im not sure what your expertise in reading any PUA material is, I dont know whats been translated for you. Your credentials relevant to your opinion is dubious at best.

Since you said you dont read PUA material WTF does it matter what I told him? I would never recommend Vin Di Carlo in any case, that guy is awful.

Hi Detox,

No need for getting defensive.

This is not about who is "right" or "wrong". It is about this guy who is new and who needs help. One thing will help him is to take actions. I think it's best if we leave it there.

As for PUA material, just cause I don't read it anymore, doesn't mean that I didn't use to. The reason I asked what books is to get a sense of who you are. Your thoughts on Attraction code gave me glimpses of what I wanted to know.
