I started as a server a month ago and I'm interested in one of my coworkers. She gives IOIs and comfort is building, but I'm having trouble escalating physically and seducing. Here are the problems...

1)I currently live with my parents

Do you think you'd be the first guy on the face of the planet to date somebody while living at your folks place? Living arrangement is temporary, while you are working towards building an attractive lifestyle for YOURSELF frame.

2)I can't drive (license suspended) so I can't take her out anywhere!!!

Take a bus, or better yet a cab. Or hey, go meet her someplace central where the two of you can go eat and walk around after. Once the date is over, hail a cab and take her home.

3)I can't really physically escalate at work! No more than side hugs and playful hitting

Be creative, develop your own flirtatious language only the 2 of you understand. Communicate to her through a glance or glare (this can be fun to do - wince at her disapprovingly when she fucks up just to break her balls a bit, for example). As she walks by, take her hand keeping yours close to your body and pull her in for a second - point is you can kino her while working and not have everyone else notice.

You've allowed yourself to get caught up in 'logistics' when your focus should be on making her feel good around you and setting up dates.

it's hard with no logistics and no driving...any ideas?
