Im newbie-new at pick-up can someone direct me in the best way to learn how to pick up women and be better socially?

im reasonably good looking (7/10) and have more success at hooking up(kissing) girls than fuarking

Ah. If this is the case and you can fairly manage your approach anxiety, try this as a start and calibrate from there.
