Ignore her shit test (i'll see) and assertively go for the meet-up. You are right; you don't have game. The problem is that to get good with ONE girl, you must get good with ALL girls.
You've already made mistakes by telling her you want to "chill" and then saying you'll smoke her out. On one hand you're hiding your sexual interest, and on the other you're investing in her (I'm assuming you'll buy the weed?). In her mind, it's like: "this guy I don't know wants me to smoke weed with him and "chill".. huh..."
Anyways. In your scenario, just meet up; use push pull/kino and escalate.
Examples of push-pull:
"Oh, you're soooo sweet! It's a shame I like bad girls
." "I want to kiss you, but I'm way too shy - I wouldn't know what to do"
"I like your positivity so much! You're not high on something, are you?"
"You have such a fit body! I don't think I'd be able to handle a girl like you, I'm lazy"
Whatever, these are just examples. The point of it is to INDICATE INTEREST... and then create a BARRIER to that interest, or otherwise BREAK RAPPORT. The structure is simple:
[COMPLIMENT/STATEMENT OF INTENT], buuuuut [disqualification/push/joke].
that and touch her and you're in there. don't forget to just vibe, i.e. talk like a regular human being, as well.
