| Post subject: | Just Got Back From House Party |
So I'm college age and just got home from by buddies party. There were a few girls there I was talking too, I prob could have got with them but I really don't know how to close. I have no problem talking with them but once we've been talking for a few minutes I don't know what to say or where to bring the conversation... ANY ADVICE? |

escalation can be awkward and intimidating so you got to find a way to replace those feeligns with positive feelings (for you and the girl)...and you can do this with humor/positiveness/confidence. Usually, I will already have some type of line I thought of to escalate with (ex: "we should sleep together. it would be a great slumber party"). The other way is to be direct. You have to pysche yourself up for this and be really confidence and don't show any nervousness (even if you are nervous) such as fidgetting or stuttering or whatever. When you're direct the confidence you convey must make her comfortable as well. Punchlines are good for breaking the ice and escalating Also, my mindset in these situations is"I'll be damn if i don't. I am going to see. I am going to try. i am going to fail if I have to because I go to know. I go to know if I can have her. I am going to take a chance because I go to know." (guys freeze up in these situations Smallnote: punchlines are also good for getting someones attention but thats for another day. |

Verbal escalation sucks...it reallly sucks. I hate verbal escalation. This is where you use sexual misinterpretations and etc to try to 'game a girl' I like doing physical escalation. You do these and you just amp it up. That's all. But to close, you need to still be talking. You can't just be physical. It's so much like she needs reasons for you to be touching her. A guy can't do it if he doesn't talk. Sometimes I talk about her going to the drycleaners, but then im like getting close, talking slowly...it's stupid but it just goes to show you don't need to be talking about sex to have sex and you don't need to talk about romance to have it. It's stupid. |

What you said makes sense. However, I disagree because touching the girl is not going to go well if she feels awkward about it and your mouthpiece is a great way to put someone at ease. Although, after an evening of talking to a girl and warming her up you may be able to just get close to her/hug her and then just be drawn to kissing and what not, but that once again depends on the situation and also the Pua's confidence. The pua is also trying to encourage himself in these situations by looking for IOIs and them more clear the better. However, I think we may have misinterpreted the young man's original question. I think he meant close as in how to relocate the girls from the location. There are different things you can do....what you're really looking for is a pretext to get her home or to your home...maybe that is food, maybe that is watching a movie/show like the office afterwards, maybe thats walking her home because its late, maybe its an afterparty. |
