I know, I shouldn't be their therapist. They are not my problem and all that. But I'm just wondering, in general... hypothetically... is there any solution to their problems. I mean, can psychiatrist help them. Are they destined to be with a jerk, asshole, bad boy? Or does some type of a approach work on them? And with that approach they function normally? Any decent material on that? (not pua) I'm getting curious. |

I'm pretty sure therapy cannot remove natural instinctive behavior, it's not the asshole they are attracted to, it's the cocky confidence that comes with it.

Short answer is No. You don't have the solution to their problems, unless you are a professional psychiatrist or therapist. Emotional scars come in all forms and some are deeper than others. Depending on the individual's situation and personality, some of these wounds can be healed in short order while a different person with same kind of scar will never recover. |

What are the most common sings someone is emotionally damaged, or how some call it "damaged goods" which expression I personally dislike? Could it be mistaken with something else? Could it be just bitchiness, bad manners, bad personality etc..? |

There isn't a master list because different people will be affected in different ways. These signs won't manifest themselves the same way in 2 different people. I believe we all have scars, some call it "baggage." The key is to get to know people and decide if they are good enough for you to want to stick around and help them unpack. That's strictly in terms of LTR. For the short term though, just know that people find clever ways to hide their wounds. |

For the long term - see if her level of "crazy" is something you can tolerate... For the short term - who gives a fuck? |

It is just an experience that had a negative impact on her emotionally, it really could have happened to anyone, but it happened to her... I think the most obvious sign is overreacting to simple things...wanting to break up b/c you don't call her, getting incredibly angry over simple things, getting hurt far to easily or being insecure to easily...obvious lack of confidence not doing things she obviously can do or low self-esteem...taking shit she dhouldn't be taking.... All I think you can do is be patient, unjudgmental( because people always want to judge people's feelings and look down on them instead of trying to reassuring them), and be nice. Therapy may or may not help. Therapy really is not a science or everyone would be "fixed" |

Game24/7, awesome info. Just what I suspected. If anyone knows more, I'd be eager to hear. And yes, that's what I've just said to a friend few days ago: we all carry some type of burden to some degree. |

There's nothing unnatural about caring... The very opposite; ignorance is a plague. Every person in this globe has problems, some greater than others. Those girls have not "chosen" to be unhappy or troubled. It is not "destiny". Therapy is a good aid, but takes time, effort and commitment. Many girls that go for the wrong type of guys haven't experienced genuine care. if you have the patience, that is what you can provide them, at least as a friend. The last thing you want to do is to scar and abuse them even further and cause more serious damage. |
