What exactly are you texting? Stop asking her what she's doing. Who cares what the hell she's doing? Does that information help you move forward with meeting up with her or flirting with her? If not then don't say it.

If the rapport and connection hasn't been established why would she tag along with him anywhere?

You have to establish a romantic connection with a girl.. If you visit Wayoftheplayer(dot)com myself and a lot of other guys have articles on how to do this.

I'm not assuming her compliance with the request. OP has gotten as far as a # and has some rapport but maybe not comfort. I'd tell him, just say anything to move towards a meet up. If she's attracted, she will go along with it. If she's not interested she will turn him down and he can move on to the next.

I've been to W.O.T.P. and I like what you have there.
