i've been hearing a lot that Low Self Esteem girls are easy, explain.

It's a myth. Some low self-esteem girls are even more guarded than the high self-esteem ones sometimes. Depends on the girl. If you are too confident, you can actually make a high self esteem girl feel low self esteem and eject herself from a conversation.

Low self esteem girls who are good looking can be easier to get than good looking girls with high self esteem.

But low self esteem girls are a headache and really very rarely worth the drama that can follow.

to get an LSE HB=validate+lightly neg
and to get a HSE HB=little validation+negs?

To be honest I don't usually focus on negging too much but in very general terms I think what you suggested above would work.

Self-esteem is something of a nebulous concept, I much prefer to calibrate my game to each individual girl rather than think in general terms, I just sort of have a feel for what will or won't work in any given situation. I know that's not very helpful :wink:
