Dude, she does not like you, she is just being social with you. Thats all. I have had that experience of meeting a girl all over the place, and they were asking me questions about me. But they were never attracted to me. So, it didn't work. Yours won't work either, if you are assuming she is attracted to you.
I would say, be friendly w/o getting into the friend zone. Since she is your roommate, you can't game easily here. It will take a heck long time to actually game her, given how receptive she is to your approach.

Hey guys, it may seem kinda awkward. But My new roommate just moved in and I like her (she is a 8.5) and I can sense she likes me too since she is curious about me. My question is how I can game her, since she probably will know almost everything about me and what rules of PUA do or don't apply in this situation.Any help or suggestion?

But I had this experience before withe another hb . But she was a hb 7 , wasn't a great experience but I didn't need to have any game . I get the same signal from this girl .The good thing about her is that she just moved to this town and doesn't know anybody.The big problem is I have other roommates who are not my rival but potential cock blockers. I'd like to hang out with her , I don't know it's worth the try or not.
