so a lot of times i feel good about myself whatever then like ill be getting ready to go out and ill just kinda start to get anxious so how can i get over this feeling to be at my full potential Thanks-MarkiS |

What is your reason for feeling anxious? Are you doing everything you can to make your appearance as presentable as possible?
