So i managed to pull a much older woman i arranged for us to go to a gig on sunday although, the gig got canceld, and i dont want to tell her, as itd been an oppertunity to be alone outside. she does live alone, not the same for me though. how do i go about this? |

''hey, can't take you to the gig, it's cancelled but I will make it up to you, what do you prefer x or y?'' give that a shot, I wouldn't expect much as she is your teacher, but you might as well try if you are interested |

Just tell her like this " the gig got canceled! We'll just go out for a bite to eat instead.. I'll pick you up at 8" |
