ok, here is the deal: 3 months ago i had a 2 month affair with a girl, she had a boyfriend of 3 years at the time who she loved, but it wasnt working. we had a great connection, sex was great, but she didnt know what to do, she pulled back from both of us s a result, i warned her that i would look else where if it continued like this because i was growing tired...she said she would get in touch, but she never contacted me again although she broke up with him shortly after. 3 months later = now in the present: she gets in touch over fb again and makes a compliment and says that she misses me and wants to meet me.. i`m thinking of making no big deal out of the past and simply suggesting that if she wants to meet she can cook something for me (to redeem herself between the lines). good idea? suggestions? |

That's a great Idea, I would use it, and it would work, maybe add "I'll have the wine ready". I din't know why but chicks connect wine with sex in their minds!

its just that i dont want to give her the impression that she just needs to resurface/snip with her fingers and i am there again.. at the same time i dont want to make it seem like a big deal that she didnt get in touch back then.. should i play hard to get or is it legitimate that she backed off and didnt want contact for this time span after her break up? its sort of tricky.. i give her credit for not just getting in touch , she put herself out there by making a compliment and saying that she misses me, so the motivation is clear...hmmm... |

The time span is her mental "anti slut" defense! Women play with there own emotions as well as yours! Now in her mind, she is a "virgin" again, and the other dude never existed! Now is the time to give her a chance to redeem herself, and lead her to GLORY! Hope this helps Bro! |

Umm what? Do you have any clue as to what you're talking about or do you always throw things out without a single thought?
Hope this helps Bro! |

so this is what happened: i waited a day to respond to her message..i didnt bring up the fact that i havent heard from her in 3 months and didnt bring up the past..i also didnt return her "i miss u" line and also didnt return the compliment she made me in her message..instead i made a small insider-joke and said that i will take up her suggestion of meeting if she cooks for me and told her what i want (all playfull) in 2-3 sentences..i made two suggestions as to when.. the next day (last sunday) when i was offline she liked something on my fb page and posted a comment on my fb page on something i shared before and a few minutes later responded to my message from saturday by saying that those two suggestions as to when we would meet (one of them would have been today) will unfortunately not work and that she has a hangover right now and has troubles gathering her thoughts and that she would sleep another hour or two and call me then.. ..which she hasnt done.. grrrr.. i really have a hard time ignoring the fact that i really would want to call her out on her unreliability, especially given the history i would be a bit more cautious in her place..at the same time i probably should ignore it like it has no impact on me...or? and dont worry guys, not going to call her..she needs to do that as she had announced in the first place.. |

posting on her fb-wall would mean that i am the one getting in touch although she is the one that should be following through with her call..it would come across like i am trying to remind her to call me which comes off as needy.. |

I meant later-as in a week or two Bro, blow this event off, and so what if she does not call. Don't wait around, follow up on other options. get out the black book/phone list, and open some bitches. Hit the streets. drum up some fresh meat! I had a girl flake Friday night. It was late so just after I get the flake text, I went to my phone list, Text "Debbie" and "Gail" I have not seen you naked in forever, 10min later I get a pic of "Debbie" lying naked in bed. I said, Bring coffee and eggs in the morning. She showed up at 10am no eggs or coffee, NO panties either The point! All of them flake sometimes, that does not mean to write them off forever....they will be back! Hope this helps some |

i get that and yes, i am sure she will get in touch again, but my problem is that i find her behaviour bothersome and want to call her out on it, but at the same time i should not show her that her actions or lack of them have an impact on me..so its a dilemma! |

Bro, Just put it out of your head, VERY often, women flake because there is also another dude lurking around the corner, that you are not aware of, causing her to be confused, and most times a confused mind says NO! It is your JOB to make her sure of her decision, and no longer confused! |

so what does that mean? i thought you agreed that letting her get in touch again would be the right thing...now it sounds like i should contact her to set up the date so that once we have met she sees it was the right decision.. but i really dont want to do that, it would be chasing after her and given our history we had something similar 3 months ago where she was confused because of her boyfriend.. the only reason she got in touch again was because i pulled through with not contacting her again.. |

ok, that was a misunderstanding, good i really didnt want to.. i actually dont think that its a change of heart, if i change my mind i wouldnt start posting on the girls fb the very same moment and tell her that i will call her in an hour..i would rather say the truth or "lets get in touch".. i rather think she forgot on that day and since yesterday and today were the suggested days were she didnt have time (which i know is true) she will let them pass and get in touch in the coming days, well lets see.. |
