They all are insecure. This is a certainty of life my friend. If they were not, the make up/ plastic surgery/fashion industry would not be billion dollar industries.

I am aware. Personally it annoys me, I had this hb8 who would speak and then look in my direction for my approval. It happened in the company of her girlfriends and I was getting annoyed. Just wanted to see if it was avoidable somehow.

It all depends on how close you want to get with them. If you are intimate and want to date them, you can re-assure them with small gestures and compliments. Eventually comfort will set in and it should not be as common after time.

If you are trying to fuck them, then just play along, till you get what you want.
